How can I register for the Convoy?

There is a few different ways you can sign up to participate in the Convoy…

  1. Print out this Registration Form, and send completed form with registration fee to: W. W. Friedline, Inc. 1027 Pleasant Hill Road, Somerset, PA 15501 ***This is NOT the location of the Convoy***     Checks should be made payable to: Trucks for Smiles
  2. Print out the Registration Form and fax completed form to: 814-443-6168 – ATTN: Keri
  3. Register over the phone by calling 814-445-2193 – send registration fee in the mail.
  4. Register the day of the Convoy, June 10! Registration starts at 10AM. The Convoy will be leaving at 2PM

Registration Fee if registered before Tuesday, June 6, 2017 – $50

Registration Fee if registered after Tuesday, June 6, 2017 – $60

Same-day (June 10) registration will be available, also ($60)!

June 10, 2017 – 3rd Annual “Trucks for Smiles” Make-A-Wish® Fundraiser Convoy @ Jennerstown Speedway

Trucks for Smiles committee, friends, and businesses want to give truck drivers (and other drivers) a chance to help raise funds for the local Make-A-Wish® Chapter. This Make-A-Wish® Trucks for Smiles Convoy is the perfect way to fulfill some very special children’s wishes. Keep in mind, ALL proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish® children within Pennsylvania and West Virginia! Sign up for the convoy today to help kids with life-threatening medical conditions in our area.

Remember, the participant that raises the most donation dollars gets to LEAD THE CONVOY! Start fundraising today! (Printable Pledge Sheet located under tab “Forms.”)

Registration Fee (if registered before June 6, 2017) – $50                   Registration Fee (Same Day) – $60

Registration fee is waived if you raise $250 or more in pledges this year. The vehicle to raise the most donation dollars will lead the convoy. The vehicle that raises the second most donation dollars will be second in line, in the convoy, and so on.
